Yesterday my goal was to go downtown, take some clothes to the dry cleaner, mail some gifts to friends and stop by the library on my way home to drop off some overdue books.
Then I didn't sleep right (6:30pm - 1am; 5/6am - 11:15am) and, although I took a shower, I downgraded my activities and figured I go to the post office and the library.
Then I felt less motivated about mailing things and thought: "I just need to get these overdue books back."
Then I didn't go out at all.
Today my goals are to wash a plate and brush my teeth. If I do anything else, it's a bonus.
